Ottawa HDTV Antenna Installation

Doug installed an OTA HDTV antenna. Sold us only what we required, nothing more. Explained exactly how the install was going to happen.
Arrived when he said he was going to arrive. The install was not completed in one day, but he returned to complete the job the next morning as promised. Very professional and I would recommend him to anyone.

Douglas did a very professional installation of my separately purchased OTA antenna.

He even hid the wire under the roof trim, as well as along the interior wall of the home,

We have decided it was time to stop spending top dollars for television we barely watch. I called Pinnacle Engineering and set up a meeting to install an HD antenna. Doug was simply amazing. He pointed out the best possible solution for my house, without trying to sell me something I did not require. I thought that a booster would have been necessary. Doug installed our OTA system yesterday and we couldn't be more pleased. Not only has Doug been a pleasure to deal with, but his work is impeccable. He explains all options and is always conscious of costs. He is meticulous in his work and leaves nothing to chance. Doug was awesome. A very knowledgeable, professional, courteous and kind individual, he came all the way to Gatineau to set up my OTA system. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what would be the challenges or best options for me. His setup is very discreet from the outside as he hid the cable well and even provided for a loop for the water to drain from on entry into the house, and secured everything outside and in the basement. Sept 7/2017 OTA installation in Orleans, Ontario. Doug is a true professional: knowledgeable, friendly, honest. As stated in another review, he informed me of the potential use of a pre-amp but did his best to not require it. Without the pre-amp we get all 15 available channels from Camp Fortune and Manotick. Douglas installed an OTA antenna and wiring for us this weekend. He was incredibly pleasant, professional and an expert in his field. If you want a worry-free installation done right, from an expert who will tell you exactly what you can expect for this service, I would recommend these guys 100%.

My antenna was broken and my reception was terrible. Doug did an excellent job of getting me set up. He tidied everything up and got rid of extraneous wiring. I now get numerous channels including PBS and some US channels. Thanks Doug.

Doug did a great job. It was March 11, 2017, and Doug did not shy away from working on the outdoor dish at a wind shill of -30C. A new Shaw Direct HD receiver was installed and he took all the time it required to explain how to work the new receiver and the remote control.

Doug did a great job installing our antenna, all of the channels come in with a strong signal. He uses a meter connected to the antenna to fine tune the direction of the antenna to maximize the signal strength for the majority of channels coming in from both the Camp Fortune, and Manotick towers.
